Phil started eating solid food around five to six months. We introduced him to mushy foods first, such as rice cereal mixed with breast milk, rice porridge (congee), and fruit sauces such as apple sauce. We gradually introduced more foods to him like chopped up salmon, boiled broccoli, and even sushi! Phil is quite a foodie. If you make eating enjoyable and fun, your child will love to experience new foods and not be a picky eater!
